Description
A hand-made, hand-tied, bed quilt sewn and autographed by women of Western Franklin County. The quilt consists of 16 squares arranged in 4 rows. Each square includes a 19 petal flower with a yellow center which may also be known as the Dresden Plate pattern. The center of each flower or plate contains 2-3 signatures. The flower petals are made of various patterned fabrics and each flower appears on a solid background. Fabrics used to make the quilt appear to be cotton, linen, and muslin.
